You will benefit greatly from the practise of meditation, helping to bring a sense of calm and stillness to our busy lives. Working with the breath, visualisation and relaxation techniques which enables you to find inner peace and helps you to access your inner guidance.

Early references refer to many ancient cultures meditating, but one of the known earliest birthplaces of the practice appears to be Asia in around 2500 BC…

Budda’s teachings spread world wide around 500 BC when he famously experienced enlightenment whilst meditating under a tree.

Meditation allows a person to go within, eliminating outside influences and focusing the mind on either the breath, a sound, a mantra, a guided visualisation and other forms. It enables you to enter a different level of consciousness which helps to produce a calmness, deep peace and relaxation. With practise your mind can observe a quietening and gives you the ability to listen to your own inner thoughts and guidance. Meditation can enhance your life considerably when practised regularly.

Starting meditation in her teens and dipping in and out initially, to help with overwhelm, a daily practise of meditation has helped Rosie gift herself some time during the day to simply be!

Using meditation and breath-work has had transformative results with her anxiety and stress levels. It has helped to calm an overactive, analytical mind and she has seen great benefit using breath-work, guided visualisations and meditation with her own children, child clients and within the mediation groups she runs.

After training to be a meditation teacher in 2014 Rosie enjoys helping people to step onto the meditation path and supporting them to listen to their own inner guidance which in turn empowers them.
